When you sign with us, you pay us a project setup fee which includes integration with your systems, building your dataset and building your customized dashboards. Once the setup project is finished and you are happy, we then start billing you a fixed monthly fee for the dashboards and connectors you are using. 

The subscription fee includes a set amount of monthly consulting hours to help you make decisions based on your data and to improve your dashboards over time. You can also easily scale up the hours as required.
