Born and raised in a small village called Zwartebroek, you read it right, Black trousers. Enjoyed a childhood with everything there is to do in a small place. Playing a lot outside on a farm from our neighbours, my grandparents to playing football and building huts, life was a breeze!
My passion is doing a lot of stuff and not only one thing. After my HR studies, I started as a recruiter at a small IT staffing agency where I’ve learned the basics of recruitment and fell in love with it. The simple fact to help somebody finding the right job to enrich their life in that manner and satisfying the customer as well gave me loads of energy, it still does to this day.
In roughly the last 10 years I’ve worked at several places related to recruitment, staffing- and job agencies, corporate recruitment and various HR & Recruitment consultancy assignments for start-ups.
The ability to work with and for people is very rewarding and I’m thankful to be able to contribute to that in any way possible.
A new chapter, with OnRecruit starting in December 2020. After being on the ‘other’ side of the table for 10 years I’m now able to put expertise into practice at OnRecruit as Customer Succes Manager.
To be able to collaborate with our clients on a strategic level with the insights the (recruitment) data gives is a huge part what drives me. We can really make a difference!
Back to doing a lot of stuff and not only one thing, maybe too many things. Outside of work I like to spend time with my fiancé, family and friends. I love playing table tennis, darts, board games and occasionally the gym. Season ticket holder of Ajax and I have a big interest in tech, media, politics etc.
